Three Little Birds Support Offerings
For more than eight years, Three Little Birds has created safe spaces for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing after pregnancy and infant loss. Through our events, hundreds of families and advocates have found connection, community, and comfort.
In-Person Support Groups
We host in-person support groups quarterly, or as needed, offering families an intimate and welcoming environment to:
-
Explore grief in a safe and validating space
-
Connect with other families walking a similar path
-
Access resources for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing
-
Prepare for pregnancy after loss
Our groups are open to parents, grandparents, extended family members, dads, and non-birthing parents. Sessions often include a reflective activity or craft made in honor of each baby, which allows new and seasoned families alike to share and integrate their grief.

Annual Bereaved Mother’s Day Spa Retreat & Memorial Butterfly Release
Held each year on the first Sunday in May, this retreat has welcomed more than 100 loss mothers for a day of reflection, relaxation, and remembrance.
Rage Room Smash!
In partnership with Aubree’s Adventures and Ashly Hannah, in memory of Aubree Ann, bereaved parents are invited to channel grief physically in a safe and cathartic way—by smashing a car to smithereens. Check out a video from our most recent event.
Bereaved Dads & Non-Birthing Parents
Since 2021, we have hosted dedicated events for dads and non-birthing parents, including BBQs, disc golf competitions, and outings to Phillies games. These events are often made possible by local legacy projects from loss families who want to uplift others. Due to growing interest, we are expanding our future events into a combined support and fundraising experience.
