RECOMMEND READING FOR DADS
Dads often grieve differently than their female counterparts. Most say they feel invisible, misunderstood, and unwanted. In turn, you try to handle the grief by yourself, possibly fearful of being shamed while in a vulnerable condition. However, when you don't deal with the grief, you may never fully be able to move forward.
Below are some books and recommended reading just for Dads, most written by Loss Dads. Some are even available in Audiobook versions, for those who are not "readers".
After the Death of Your Baby
Tips for Men Going Through a Miscarriage
Claiming Joy After Loss
Coping with the Death of a Baby
Grief Associated with Father's Day
To the Brink and Back
When A Baby Dies
A Man's Book
The Masculine Side of Healing
Things They Don't Tell You About Grief
